Back Story & Philosophy

D-Tech brand was born in the year 2000. The company was founded by Rajesh & Czarina Bhojwani with a vision to manufacture “high technology dental materials” in their home country, India, and to make these materials available and affordable for the masses.

Building strong roots over the years has help us in creating a solid foundation. We started with a humble beginning and this was followed by a period of slow albeit steady growth until 2015. Since then, we have shifted gear and D-Tech is now rapidly transforming and investing significantly in infrastructure, research, and technology with an aim to expand and upgrade aggressively in the coming years. Our research has resulted in the production of several high performance UV cure dental composites and most recently UV cured 3D printing resins.

In parallel with other innovations we also aim to constantly fine tune our existing products in order to deliver a reliable & constantly improving performance. In the coming years we want and hope to expand aggressively into the area of Innovative materials for Digital Dentistry.

Recent Developents & Our Way Forward

In the last 5 to 7 years we have significantly expanded our team and sharpened the research focus to latest generation of material particularly 3D printing resins and high and composite. On January 22, year 2020, we got our CE MD and ISO 13485 certification from TUV SUD Germany for our entire product line. We are now the first and only CE certified 3D resins manufacturers in India. Our resins have been very well accepted by top dental professionals and we have been able to generate a huge amount of clinical and lab data thereby validing our product quality and performance in real life clinical and lab conditions.

Certifications

Our company is certiffied under ISO 13845 – 2016 and CE MDD. We are also certfied under ICMED regulatory in India. Our certfication body is TUV SUD, Germany and we are now MDR ready.

Quality Assurance

At team D-Tech we take a quality assurance and testing very seriously. We have a significant number of in-house testing equipments. Further to this, we routinely test our products in external test labs too. As part of our conformance to the Medical Device Regulations we have an active program to do market surveillance and record cases which were conducted using our materials. Our certification body is TUV SUD which is a global certification bod. We are accredited with the following certifications: CE MDD, ISO 13485 : 2016 & ICMED Issue 2.

Extensive Clinical Feedback

To ensure top notch performance of our materials we have a dedicated team that meticulously collects Case Records from Clinicians and photographically documents this feedback. We have hundreds of actual clinical case records duly documented and available to share upon request. This also forms the backbone of our PCMF plan which is recently mandated by CE MDR.
